CrownCards Shipping Policy
Last updated and effective date: November 6, 2026
This Shipping Policy supplements the CrownCards Terms of Use at https://www.crowncards.io/legal/terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. Section 5.9 and the related provisions of the Terms of Use govern shipment of physical Items and control in the event of a conflict, subject to applicable law.
1. Shipping from Inventory
You may request shipment of eligible physical Items displayed in your Account. Shipment is subject to completion of any required KYC Verification and account, payment, address, fraud, sanctions, and other compliance checks; availability or successful sourcing of the Item; an eligible delivery address; and payment of applicable shipping, tracking, insurance, handling, taxes, duties, and similar charges required before shipment, as disclosed before you submit the request. CrownCards may delay, decline, or cancel a shipment request under the Terms of Use, including where these requirements are not satisfied or the Account is restricted, suspended, or terminated, subject to Sections 5.10 and 6.14 of the Terms of Use and applicable law.
A shipment request does not itself complete a Sale or constitute a Return Proceeds Request. The Sale and title transfer occur under Section 5.3 of the Terms of Use. An Item allocation already Returned or surrendered in Fuse is no longer eligible for shipment. Promotional or bonus-funded Items are subject to the shipment restrictions in Section 6.10.5 of the Terms of Use and any additional shipment restrictions disclosed for the applicable offer.
2. Shipping Methods and Eligibility
CrownCards may offer shipping through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers, with available service tiers depending on Item value, destination, and carrier availability. Available methods, estimated delivery timelines, and applicable charges are displayed before you submit a shipment request. Shipments are available only to eligible delivery addresses in destinations supported by CrownCards, as identified through the Platform, subject to applicable law, carrier availability, and Item-specific restrictions. Supported destinations may include locations outside the United States, which will be identified through the Platform. Eligibility to access the Platform does not itself establish eligibility for shipment to a particular destination. If your location stops being an Eligible Location, shipment is not available and Section 2.3 of the Terms of Use describes your options. CrownCards may arrange for an Inventory Partner or supplier to prepare, package, and ship an Item directly to your designated address.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import restrictions, delays, and additional taxes, duties, or carrier charges. You are responsible for charges allocated to you and disclosed as required by applicable law, including amounts payable after shipment and collected separately by a carrier or customs authority. CrownCards remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on it.
3. Processing Times
Processing a shipment request may take up to fourteen (14) Business Days unless a different processing period is disclosed before you submit the request. Items will not ordinarily be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Sourcing, authentication, supplier availability, and required checks may affect fulfillment timing. If you have not received a shipment notification within fourteen (14) Business Days, or within another processing period disclosed for your request, contact customer support through the App or at support@crowncards.io. CrownCards will provide any delay notices, obtain any consent to delay, and provide any cancellation or refund required by applicable law; these processing terms do not postpone a deadline imposed by applicable law.
4. Shipping Costs and Tracking
You are responsible for the disclosed shipping and tracking costs, and tracking may be required. CrownCards may provide shipping and insurance options at cost or with disclosed fees.
Upon shipment, CrownCards may provide available tracking information. Contact customer support through the App or at support@crowncards.io if a package's tracking has not updated for fourteen (14) Business Days. Contact CrownCards through the App or at support@crowncards.io concerning shipment claims; CrownCards may handle claims with the carrier or insurer and require your reasonable assistance and supporting information. Report shipment problems to CrownCards rather than to the carrier. If you recover any amount directly from a carrier or insurer for the same shipment, CrownCards may reduce its remedy by that amount.
5. Insurance
Insurance is mandatory for a shipment with an Estimated Market Value at or above US$100, or another threshold determined by CrownCards in its discretion. Insurance may also be offered for other shipments. Any applicable requirement, threshold, and cost will be disclosed before you submit the shipment request. Required insurance must be purchased to complete the request, and you are responsible for its disclosed cost. CrownCards may change the requirements for future shipment requests. Available coverage is subject to the applicable insurance terms made available with the option. CrownCards recommends obtaining available insurance. CrownCards is not liable for a package lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, stolen, destroyed, or otherwise compromised in transit except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly covered by purchased insurance.
6. Effect on Bonus Cash
Unless the Offer Terms state otherwise, requesting shipment forfeits all remaining Bonus Cash under Section 6.10.6 of the Terms of Use and section 6.2 of the Promotional Terms, even if the shipment does not use Bonus Cash. If the shipment is canceled, CrownCards may restore the forfeited Bonus Cash. Those rules concern remaining Bonus Cash and do not turn shipment into a cash withdrawal or independently cancel amounts already credited to the Wallet. The treatment of forfeited balances, playthrough progress, and continuing restrictions on resulting Items or credits is governed by Section 6.10 of the Terms of Use and the applicable Promotional Terms.
7. Combined Shipments
Each Item currently ships on its own; combined shipments of several Items are not available. If CrownCards later makes combined shipment available through the Platform, the applicable shipment options and charges will be disclosed before you submit the request.
8. Shipping Errors
You must report any problem with a delivery, such as a missing or incorrect Item or a damaged package, to in-app support or support@crowncards.io no later than ten (10) days after delivery. If carrier records show the package as delivered, the ten (10) days run from the delivery date shown, including for a package you say never arrived. If you do not notify CrownCards within that period, you agree that you have accepted the shipment received as fully satisfying the inventory transfer, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Non-delivery of a package that carrier records do not show as delivered, and later-discovered unavailability, are governed by Sections 5.10 and 6.14 of the Terms of Use.
CrownCards may require you to send an incorrect or damaged Item back before issuing a refund or replacement, subject to applicable law. Sending a physical Item back for this purpose is distinct from a Return under the Terms of Use.
