This SMS Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms ("SMS Policy") applies specifically to the text-messaging program operated by Crown Cards LLC d/b/a CrownCards ("CrownCards," "we," "us," or "our"). It governs the information we collect from you in connection with your enrollment in our SMS program and the terms on which we send you text messages. Our general data practices outside the SMS program are described in our main Privacy Policy at crowncards.io/legal/privacy.
Our SMS program sends from the number +1 (307) 333-9859. By providing your mobile number and opting in through our website opt-in form or by texting a designated keyword to our number, you consent to this SMS Policy.
2. Data Sharing
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
3. Information We Collect Through the SMS Program
- Mobile phone number you provide when you opt in.
- Opt-in record, including date, time, source, method, and the disclosure text shown to you.
- Message content and metadata, including messages you send to and receive from our SMS number and delivery status from our SMS provider.
- Carrier and routing data as provided to us by wireless carriers and our SMS provider.
4. How We Use This Information
We use information collected through the SMS program to deliver the text messages you have opted in to receive, respond to messages you send us, provide customer support, maintain records of consent and opt-outs, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and spam, and comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
We do not use this information for any purpose other than those listed above.
5. How We Share This Information
We share information collected through the SMS program only with service providers necessary to operate it, including our SMS messaging platform, wireless carriers, and customer-support tools, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide those services. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations and may not use your information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CrownCards, our users, or others.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose, including affiliates.
6. CrownCards Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, and any promotion of our products or services.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at support@crowncards.io.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. How You Opt In
You may opt in in either of the following ways, both disclosed on crowncards.io:
- Website form: at crowncards.io/sms, enter your mobile phone number and check the consent box affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages.
- Keyword text: text the published keyword to +1 (307) 333-9859 from your mobile device.
Informational Messages
If you would like to receive informational text message communications from CrownCards from +13073339859, you can sign up by texting JOIN to +13073339859.

8. How You Opt Out
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. To opt out by email, write to support@crowncards.io from the address associated with your account.
9. Data Retention
We retain SMS program records, including phone numbers, opt-in records, and message logs, for as long as necessary to operate the program and to satisfy legal, regulatory, audit, recordkeeping, carrier, and TCPA obligations. After that period, we delete or de-identify the records.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the SMS program. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Eligibility
The CrownCards SMS program is available only to individuals aged 18 and older with a U.S. mobile number. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that the number you provided is your own or that you are authorized to consent on behalf of the account holder, and that you agree to this SMS Policy.
12. Changes to This SMS Policy
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at crowncards.io/legal/sms-terms and the effective date is shown at the top. Continued participation after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
