Request account and data deletion

This page is the official web resource for users of the CrownCards app, operated by Crown Cards LLC, to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Deletion request

Request deletion of your CrownCards account

Use the email address connected to your CrownCards account. We will verify ownership before making account changes.

If you cannot use this form, email support@crowncards.io from the address associated with your account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject line.

What happens next

  1. 1Submit the form using the email address associated with your CrownCards account.
  2. 2Support contacts you to verify account ownership. Never send passwords, one-time codes, government IDs, or full payment details by ordinary email.
  3. 3Outstanding Wallet funds, Sale Proceeds Requests, transactions, shipments, or collectible items may need to be resolved before closure.
  4. 4After verification and required account resolution, CrownCards completes the request and confirms the outcome by email.

Data deleted or de-identified

  • Your CrownCards account and access credentials
  • Profile and contact information that is not subject to a legal or operational exception
  • App preferences and other account-linked personal data that is no longer needed
  • Other personal information that can be deleted or de-identified after the request is verified

Data that may be retained

Account deletion does not require CrownCards to erase information that must be kept for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, transaction, dispute, or compliance purpose. Examples include:

  • Transaction, payment, payout, tax, and accounting records
  • Collectible ownership, sale, shipment, and fulfillment records
  • Records needed for fraud prevention, account security, chargebacks, disputes, or enforcement
  • Information CrownCards must retain to comply with law, regulation, court orders, or other legal obligations

These exception records are retained only for the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. The exact period varies by record type and legal requirement. When an exception no longer applies, the information is deleted or de-identified in accordance with CrownCards' retention practices.
