Bonus Cash Terms and Conditions

These Bonus Cash Terms and Conditions ("Bonus Cash Terms") govern all promotional credit known as "Bonus

Cash" made available on CrownCards, operated by Crown Cards LLC ("CrownCards," "we," "us," or "our"). These

Bonus Cash Terms are incorporated by reference into the CrownCards Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict

between these Bonus Cash Terms and the Terms of Use with respect to Bonus Cash, these Bonus Cash Terms

control. By accepting, applying, or otherwise using any Bonus Cash, you agree to be bound by these Bonus Cash

Terms.

1. Definitions

"Account" means a registered user account on CrownCards.

"Bonus Cash" means non-cash, non-withdrawable promotional credit issued to an Account that may be

applied only toward the purchase of a Box on CrownCards, subject to these Bonus Cash Terms. Bonus

Cash is not money, currency, legal tender, or any form of stored value.

"Box" means any digital pack-purchase product offered for sale on CrownCards, including any bundle,

mystery box, or similar product.

"Eligible User" means a natural person who (i) is at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority

in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (ii) has completed CrownCards' registration and identity verification

requirements; (iii) is not located in a jurisdiction where use of CrownCards is restricted or prohibited; and (iv)

has not previously received Bonus Cash under the same or a substantially similar promotion.

"Preview Pack" means a complimentary digital pack experience offered to users for the purpose of

demonstrating CrownCards' product. Preview Packs display representative card outcomes that may be

made available as Bonus Cash pursuant to these Bonus Cash Terms.

2. How Bonus Cash Is Offered and Issued

Upon accessing CrownCards, a user may be offered the opportunity to view one or more Preview Packs.

Each Preview Pack displays a representative card outcome and a corresponding estimated market value as

determined by CrownCards in its sole and reasonable discretion based on publicly available card pricing

data. The aggregate estimated market value of the Preview Pack outcomes is offered to the user as Bonus Cash,

redeemable in accordance with these Bonus Cash Terms.

Bonus Cash is issued to a user's Account upon completion of CrownCards' registration and identity

verification requirements. Until issued, Bonus Cash is an offer only and may be withdrawn, modified, or

denied by CrownCards at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Preview Packs do not constitute a sale, transfer, or delivery of any physical or digital trading cards. Cards

displayed during the Preview Pack experience are illustrative only and are not allocated to, owned by, or

held in custody for the user. Cards are obtained solely through the purchase of a Box on CrownCards, to

which Bonus Cash may be applied as set forth in Section 4.

Bonus Cash is available only to Eligible Users. Without limiting the foregoing, the following limitations apply:

IP address, and payment method, in any combination.

• CrownCards may, in its sole discretion, use device fingerprinting, geolocation, payment-method

matching, and other commercially reasonable techniques to detect and prevent duplicate or ineligible

claims.

• Bonus Cash is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, traded, or otherwise

transferred to any other Account or person.

• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Crown Cards LLC and its affiliates

are not eligible to receive Bonus Cash unless expressly authorized in writing.

• Bonus Cash is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. Use of Bonus Cash

Bonus Cash may be applied solely as supplemental credit in connection with the purchase of a Box on

CrownCards, providing additional pack contents, additional cards, or other supplemental value alongside the

qualifying purchase. Bonus Cash does not reduce the cash price of any Box. Bonus Cash may not be

exchanged for cash, withdrawn, transferred, redeemed for any product or service other than supplemental

value in connection with a Box purchase, or applied to shipping, taxes, or any other charge.

Bonus Cash is applied at the time of a qualifying Box purchase and is consumed in full upon application. Any

unused balance of Bonus Cash following application to a qualifying purchase shall be forfeited unless these

Bonus Cash Terms or the specific promotion expressly state otherwise.

Cards obtained from a Box purchased using Bonus Cash are treated identically to cards obtained from any

other Box purchase and are subject to the standard CrownCards Buyback Policy, shipping options, and

digital locker terms set forth in the Terms of Use.

5. No Cash Value; Non-Withdrawable

Notwithstanding its name, Bonus Cash has no cash value. Bonus Cash does not constitute legal tender, a

stored-value instrument, a prepaid access device, a gift card, or any form of electronic money or money

transmission. Bonus Cash is not redeemable for cash under any circumstance and may not be withdrawn

from your Account.

The dollar-denominated value assigned to Bonus Cash (for example, "$19.40") reflects the maximum

nominal value of additional pack contents, additional cards, or other supplemental benefits that may be

provided in connection with a qualifying Box purchase, and does not represent an actual balance of funds

owed to or held for the benefit of any user.

6. Duration; No Automatic Expiration; Removal

Bonus Cash issued to an Account does not automatically expire by the passage of time.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, CrownCards reserves the right, at any time and in its sole and absolute

discretion, with or without prior notice, to suspend, modify, reduce, revoke, or remove any Bonus Cash

(whether unused or partially applied), in whole or in part, for any reason or no reason. Without limiting the

generality of the foregoing, CrownCards may remove Bonus Cash from Accounts that have been inactive,

dormant, or unused for any period of time, and may impose a stated expiration on individual promotions or

categories of Bonus Cash going forward.

The exercise or non-exercise of CrownCards' rights under this Section in any one instance shall not

constitute a waiver of such rights in any other instance. No prior course of dealing shall limit CrownCards'

discretion under this Section.

7. Forfeiture, Fraud, and Abuse

In addition to CrownCards' rights set forth in Section 6, CrownCards reserves the right, in its sole and

reasonable discretion, to suspend, revoke, reverse, void, or claw back any Bonus Cash, any purchase made

using Bonus Cash, and any cards or other benefits derived from such a purchase, in any of the following

circumstances:

verification, or promotion redemption.

• Creation or operation of multiple Accounts by the same natural person or household, or any other

circumvention of the eligibility limitations set forth in Section 3.

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, emulators, or other non-human means to access, register for, or

interact with CrownCards or any promotion.

• Initiation of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal in connection with any purchase to which

Bonus Cash was applied, regardless of the outcome of such dispute.

• Suspected money laundering, fraud, identity theft, account takeover, payment-card fraud, or any

other illegal or improper activity.

• Material breach of these Bonus Cash Terms, the Terms of Use, or any other applicable CrownCards

policy.

• Any other conduct that, in CrownCards' reasonable judgment, abuses the spirit of the promotion or is

intended to obtain a benefit not intended by CrownCards.

CrownCards' rights under this Section are in addition to, and not in limitation of, any other rights or remedies

available to CrownCards under the Terms of Use, the AML/KYC and OFAC Policy, or applicable law.

8. Identity Verification

Receipt and use of Bonus Cash is conditioned on the user's completion of CrownCards' identity verification

requirements, which may include the submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and

biometric verification through CrownCards' third-party identity verification provider. Enhanced verification is

required prior to cumulative withdrawals of five thousand United States dollars (US$5,000) or more from an

Account. CrownCards may decline to issue or honor Bonus Cash pending the satisfactory completion of

identity verification.

9. Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Promotion

CrownCards reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate any

promotion and these Bonus Cash Terms, in whole or in part, with or without notice. Any modification to

these Bonus Cash Terms will be effective upon posting to crowncards.io unless a later effective date is

specified. Continued use of CrownCards or any Bonus Cash following such modification constitutes

acceptance of the modified Bonus Cash Terms. Termination of a promotion will not affect Bonus Cash that

has already been applied to a completed Box purchase prior to the effective date of termination.

10. Taxes

The user is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or foreign taxes that may arise in connection with

the receipt or use of Bonus Cash or any cards obtained using Bonus Cash. CrownCards does not provide

tax advice and makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of Bonus Cash.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Bonus Cash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by

applicable law, CrownCards disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to Bonus Cash,

including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

CrownCards' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Bonus Cash shall not exceed the nominal value

of the Bonus Cash at issue. Nothing in these Bonus Cash Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited

under applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Bonus Cash Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its

conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Bonus Cash Terms shall be

resolved exclusively in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the CrownCards Terms

of Use, including any binding arbitration provisions and class action waivers contained therein.
