CrownCards Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms govern bonuses, promotional balances, rewards, discounts and other consumer promotions offered by Crown Cards LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (CrownCards, we, us or our). They supplement the CrownCards Terms of Use at https://www.crowncards.io/legal/terms. By accepting, claiming or using a promotion, you agree to the terms made available for that promotion.

1 Scope and order of priority

1.1 A promotion is available only when offered to you. The offer displayed in the app, website, checkout or other authorized communication identifies its reward, eligibility, qualifying activity, dates and applicable limits (Offer Terms). References here to a promotion type do not require us to offer it or make it available to every user, location or device.

1.2 Mandatory law applies first. Separate official rules govern each sweepstakes, prize draw or contest, including eligibility, entry methods, entry allocations, selection and prize fulfillment. These Promotional Terms do not change those rules or apply ordinary bonus forfeiture, play-through, balance expiry or product remedies to an advertised sweepstakes prize.

1.3 Subject to section 1.2, the Terms of Use prevail over these Promotional Terms and any Offer Terms in the event of a conflict. Offer Terms control the specific promotion details, including any different reward or balance treatment expressly stated before participation, only to the extent permitted by the Terms of Use. Material restrictions cannot be introduced after you qualify except as permitted under section 15 and applicable law.

1.4 The Terms of Use continue to govern ordinary purchases, account use, Item ownership, inventory, holding periods, Sales, shipping, verification and disputes. Affiliate commissions and paid creator engagements are governed by their separate agreements, not by a consumer referral or bonus offer.

2 Eligibility and accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, meet the applicable account requirements and participate only where the Platform and the promotion are permitted. Offer Terms may limit eligibility by location, signup date, deposit or purchase history, VIP rank, referral source, advertising attribution or another stated condition. Display of an offer, access to a link or an incorrect credit does not establish eligibility or waive its conditions.

2.2 Only one Account per person is permitted. You may not use another person's Account or identity, create replacement Accounts to claim again, or participate through automated or manipulated activity. Deleting or recreating an Account does not reset claim limits, referral attribution or a benefit already received.

2.3 We may apply disclosed limits per person, Account or device and review linked Accounts. Where we reasonably believe claims involve the same person, coordinated abuse or evasion of an offer limit, we may limit or deny claims using relevant links, including a shared device, address, household, IP address or payment method. A shared household or network is not automatically a separate lifetime ban on all promotions. Code redemption limits may include deleted Accounts linked by telephone number, deleted or banned Accounts linked by device, and recreated Accounts.

2.4 Benefits are personal and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, traded or transferred to another Account or person except as expressly authorized. Offers are void where prohibited.

2.5 We may verify your identity, eligibility and Account information, and require supporting information, at any time in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including after previous verification. Identity verification is required for a withdrawal. We may restrict Account access, transactions or promotional benefits pending completion of required verification, as provided in the Terms of Use and subject to applicable law.

3 Balances and reward types

3.1 User Balance, Platform credit, Promotional credit, Wallet, Net Sale Proceeds and Sale Proceeds Request have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. User Balance may include Platform credit, Promotional credit and Wallet entries; not every balance is eligible for withdrawal. References to Cash in these terms mean eligible Net Sale Proceeds recorded in the Wallet, subject to verification, applicable payment requirements and lawful holds. A label such as cash reward in a deposit offer does not by itself mean withdrawable Cash; section 7 describes those rewards.

3.2 Platform credit is limited-use, in-platform store credit accepted only by CrownCards for eligible Platform transactions. User Balance Funding purchases Platform credit and does not add funds to the Wallet. Platform credit cannot itself be withdrawn. Platform credit purchased through the CrownCards app or cryptocurrency funding has no automatic expiry or timed unlock. Spending Platform credit on a pack does not make the unspent credit withdrawable; eligible Net Sale Proceeds may arise from a separate Sale concerning the resulting Item under the Terms of Use.

3.3 Bonus Cash is a dollar-denominated promotional balance that pays all or part of an eligible pack purchase or opening dollar for dollar. It cannot itself be withdrawn, transferred or used to pay shipping. Only the amount needed for the transaction is used; the remainder stays in your balance subject to its applicable conditions. Bonus Cash itself is never converted into Cash. Sale proceeds held under section 5.2 are released when the related play-through requirement is completed. Bonus Cash is not a bank deposit or legal tender.

3.4 Bonus Cash may be issued with or without play-through requirements or an expiry, as stated for the applicable offer. Bonus Cash without a play-through requirement is still not withdrawable. Section 6 applies to all Bonus Cash.

3.5 Ordinary pack spending uses Platform credit first, then Wallet funds and then Bonus Cash. CrownCards determines the order in which Bonus Cash is applied, subject to the applicable offer terms and applicable law.

3.6 Offers may award non-cash credits, packs, boxes, Items, discounts, access rights or consumables. Their permitted use and any balance credited on a Sale are stated in the offer and these terms. A displayed dollar value does not turn every reward into withdrawable Cash. Unless stated otherwise, dollar-denominated balances and qualifying amounts use the recorded USD amount, not an equal number of units of another currency.

4 Play through and sale proceeds

4.1 A Bonus Cash grant may require qualifying pack spend before related sale proceeds can be released or credited as Net Sale Proceeds under section 5. The required amount is the original grant amount multiplied by the multiplier stated for that grant. There is no universal play-through multiplier. The multiplier is fixed when the grant is issued.

4.2 Only qualifying pack purchases and pack openings count. Only the portion of a qualifying pack amount paid with that grant's Bonus Cash counts toward its play-through requirement; Platform credit and Wallet funds do not count. Deposits, withdrawals, shipping charges and a Sale concerning an Item do not count as pack spend. Qualification for VIP, spend rewards, quests and sweepstakes may use different funding rules as stated below or in their own rules.

4.3 Spend counts only toward the grant whose Bonus Cash paid for it. Spend beyond that grant's remaining requirement is not applied to any other grant or banked for future grants.

4.4 When a grant's play-through requirement is completed, sale proceeds held with that grant under section 5.2 are released to your Wallet as Net Sale Proceeds, and later Sales concerning Items funded by that grant are credited under section 5.1 without that restriction.

5 Items funded by bonuses

5.1 Items obtained through promotions or funded wholly or partly with Bonus Cash are subject to the applicable offer and the Terms of Use. Sale consideration may be credited as Net Sale Proceeds, Platform credit, Bonus Cash or a combination, as disclosed for the offer or Sale.

5.2 Any portion of Sale consideration subject to an incomplete play-through requirement is credited as Bonus Cash. Those proceeds are held with the related grant and are released to your Wallet as Net Sale Proceeds when the requirement is completed, subject to the Terms of Use. For purchases funded from more than one balance, the applicable funding allocation determines the treatment of each portion.

5.3 Promotional conditions may continue to apply to resulting Items and credits, including after a grant expires, is revoked or is forfeited, as disclosed in the applicable offer. Personal referral-pack Items follow section 12. No promotion guarantees a Sale offer or future price.

5.4 Shipment eligibility for promotional or bonus-funded Items is governed by the applicable offer and the Terms of Use. Some Items may be ineligible for shipment or require completion of play-through before shipment. Applicable restrictions are disclosed before the affected purchase or reward is accepted.

6 Expiry forfeiture and restoration

6.1 Bonus Cash expires at the time stated for the applicable offer, if any, and the remaining amount is removed. We may send reminders, but a missed reminder does not extend the deadline except where required by law. Expiry changes and revocation are governed by section 15.

6.2 Requesting any withdrawal or any card shipment forfeits your entire remaining Bonus Cash balance, including Bonus Cash with or without a play-through requirement and partially completed grants. All open play-through requirements are closed. This applies even if the requested withdrawal or shipment does not use Bonus Cash. Applicable forfeiture conditions will be disclosed as required by law. CrownCards may, in its discretion, restore forfeited Bonus Cash and related play-through progress following a failed, cancelled or rejected withdrawal or a cancelled shipment, subject to the applicable offer terms and applicable law.

6.3 Section 6.2 concerns remaining Bonus Cash, not eligible Net Sale Proceeds credited to the Wallet from a completed Sale. It does not itself cancel a separate sweepstakes entry or prize, confiscate an unrelated Item or authorize withholding amounts that applicable law requires us to pay. Any legal restriction on forfeiture or expiry takes priority.

6.4 Account deletion, inactivity and suspension remain governed by the applicable Terms of Use, including their notice, fee and lawful forfeiture provisions. This document does not add an automatic inactivity expiry to a reward that otherwise has none. Permanent account restrictions and fraud may result in cancellation of promotional benefits to the extent permitted by the Terms of Use and law; a system label alone does not override nonwaivable rights.

7 Deposit offers welcome offers and promo codes

7.1 Deposit offers may require no deposit, a specified single deposit, a deposit within a stated range, a first deposit or cumulative deposits reaching a stated threshold. Only successful gross deposits count, subject to refunds, reversals and fraud checks. Offer Terms specify qualifying funding methods, any excluded transactions, fixed reward or percentage match and any maximum. Non-USD qualification uses the recorded USD credit for the payment.

7.2 A deposit offer may be granted automatically or require you to select Claim. Offer Terms specify claim limits, cooldowns, start and end times, any personal claim window, available budget and any one-welcome-offer restriction. A personal window may begin when the offer is first displayed. An offer subject to a disclosed budget may end when that budget is exhausted. An offer link or popup opens the offer; it does not itself grant the reward.

7.3 Monetary rewards within deposit offers are issued as Bonus Cash and must be identified as Bonus Cash in the offer, with any stated play-through and expiry conditions. Other rewards may include credits, packs, boxes, Items, a tier-based pull or consumables. A random pack reward is selected from the stated pool. A guaranteed tier does not guarantee a particular Item or equal odds among Items; selection may favor lower-value Items within that tier. Applicable reward type, restrictions and selection information must be disclosed with the offer.

7.4 Some offers may change your minimum deposit for a stated period after claiming. That minimum and its duration must be stated before the offer is accepted. Offer eligibility may depend on the advertising or referral source attributed to your Account. Merely seeing a promotion in checkout does not override its disclosed eligibility conditions.

7.5 A welcome checkout bundle may combine purchased packs, bonus packs and a stated Bonus Cash award. The Bonus Cash is credited on the qualifying purchase, not merely on registration or identity verification. Bundle contents, price and bonus amount are those shown at checkout. No play- through applies to the welcome purchase Bonus Cash unless expressly stated for that offer.

7.6 Redeem codes may award Bonus Cash, Platform credit, other Promotional credit, Items, packs, boxes or consumables, or may only open access to another offer. The code's stated reward and conditions control, including start and end dates, total redemptions, per-user limits, cooldowns and linked-account limits. A code granting access to an offer does not waive that offer's qualifying activity.

8 Pack protection discounts and access

8.1 A pack protection offer identifies the eligible packs or price range, number of covered openings, protection period and minimum value or percentage used to calculate protection. Offer Terms specify whether protection is delivered through a minimum-value Item or a Bonus Cash top-up. A top-up is promotional credit, not a purchase refund or guaranteed withdrawable payment.

8.2 Under minimum-value Item protection, the qualifying opening supplies an Item meeting the stated floor using CrownCards' Estimated Market Value at the relevant opening. If a qualifying Item is unavailable, the protection benefit is not consumed. An unprotected opening must not be charged as a protected opening; any ordinary opening instead requires the user's informed agreement before the charge. Market value may later change and the floor is not a guaranteed resale or buyback price.

8.3 Under Bonus Cash top-up protection, the opening proceeds normally and any positive difference between the stated floor and the qualifying revealed Item value is awarded as Bonus Cash. Any play- through or expiry is stated in the offer. Protection applies only to the stated number of eligible openings or other disclosed limit. Conditions are fixed when claimed. Deactivation may pause future use, subject to section 15 and applicable law.

8.4 First-pack protection, if expressly offered, applies once to an eligible new Account satisfying the stated signup source and opening window. If its first qualifying single-pack opening reveals value below the pack price, the difference is awarded as Bonus Cash without play-through. This clause does not make that offer available where it is not displayed.

8.5 Pack discounts apply to the specified packs, percentage or amount, maximum discount, purchase count and period shown in the offer. While a pack discount applies, purchase quantity is one per transaction. Private-pack access permits access to the specified pack during the stated access window; it does not waive the pack price or guarantee inventory after that window.

8.6 A paid guaranteed-value pack remains a paid product. Its offer states the minimum Item value, valuation basis, claim frequency and any qualifying deposit requirement. A guarantee of minimum estimated value does not promise a particular Item, profit or future sale price. Section 8.2 governs unavailable qualifying inventory.

9 Daily rewards mystery gifts and random rewards

9.1 The daily login calendar runs for a 30-day cycle and then repeats. One reward may be claimed per UTC day. Missing a day resets progress to Day 1. Monetary calendar rewards are Bonus Cash, with any play-through stated for the reward. VIP status may increase the amount as displayed.

9.2 When offered, the daily wheel allows one spin per UTC day; a Spin Again result permits an additional spin that day. Rewards may include Bonus Cash, packs, boxes or Items. Outcomes are weighted; the size or position of a visual segment does not itself represent its probability. VIP-specific wheels or reward multipliers apply only as disclosed.

9.3 A mystery gift campaign may use signup date, VIP rank and lifetime deposit eligibility. One gift is available per user per campaign. Contents are fixed when the gift is claimed; it can be opened after the campaign closes and must be opened by its stated deadline. The offer identifies any further reward conditions. Claim and opening deadlines are separate.

9.4 A timed mystery pack may be granted without charge to qualifying active Accounts and remain sealed until its stated reveal time. CrownCards may change that reveal time subject to section 15. Unless the offer states otherwise, a Sale concerning its resulting Items credits Bonus Cash. Ordinary pack and inventory terms apply except where the offer specifies otherwise.

10 VIP spend rewards and quests

10.1 VIP progress uses lifetime gross qualifying pack and box spend, including Bonus Cash spending. Rank thresholds and benefits are shown in the Platform. Each rank-up reward is awarded once; one purchase may qualify for more than one rank. We may change future thresholds, correct or override ranks, or suspend benefits under section 15. A rank does not promise permanent benefits or cash value.

10.2 Daily, weekly and monthly spend-reward rates, which the Platform may label rakeback, depend on VIP rank. Each applicable rate is calculated on the portion paid with Wallet funds and Platform credit; Bonus Cash spending is excluded. These daily, weekly and monthly rewards may accrue on the same qualifying purchase. Each calculation is rounded down per purchase.

10.3 Daily spend rewards may be claimed when available; weekly rewards become claimable after Monday at 00:00 UTC, and monthly rewards after the first day of the month at 00:00 UTC. The minimum claim is US$0.10. Unclaimed spend rewards may expire as stated in the Platform or with notice, subject to section 15 and applicable law. New claim deadlines apply prospectively unless a lawful change to existing rewards is expressly permitted. Claimed spend rewards are issued as Bonus Cash without play-through or automatic expiry, subject to section 6.

10.4 Quests may be daily, weekly or monthly using UTC periods, or lifetime quests. Each quest states the required activity and whether Bonus Cash spending counts. Rewards may be Bonus Cash with stated conditions, Items, packs, boxes or consumables. Periodic quest rewards must be claimed before their period ends or they are lost. A lifetime quest pays once per person, including linked Accounts. Invalid or fraudulent progress and rewards may be corrected or revoked.

10.5 Recurring spend rewards use the stated number of days and New York time. Progress counts spending from Wallet funds and Platform credit only. Only the highest tier reached is paid, automatically after the window closes, using the reward and balance type stated for that program. Lower tiers are not paid in addition. If a program is disabled, windows that close while it is disabled are not paid, including a window in progress at the time of disabling unless the program is re-enabled before that window closes. Re-enabling a program after a window closes does not create a back- payment for that window. These conditions are subject to section 15 and do not authorize withholding a reward that applicable law requires us to honor.

11 Events boosts and consumables

11.1 A community event may require both a collective goal and an individual tier, measured using the gross spend specified for the event. Rewards may be packs or Bonus Cash. If the collective goal is not met, no conditional community reward is earned. Unclaimed community-event rewards may expire as stated in the Platform or with notice, subject to section 15 and applicable law. New claim deadlines apply prospectively unless a lawful change to existing rewards is expressly permitted. Conditions of a reward after claiming remain governed by its stated reward type and applicable grant terms.

11.2 A chase event identifies eligible openings, the chase Item, available quantity, any per-user limit, event window and the chance per opening or per stated unit of qualifying spend. Eligibility and funding sources follow the event's disclosed conditions. A stated chance is not a guarantee of success. A separate sweepstakes or prize-draw structure, if used, requires its own official rules under section 13; this clause does not establish a free-entry route or authorize a promotion in an otherwise restricted location.

11.3 If offered, boosts, player modifiers, bonus cards and consumables apply only to the feature, reward or probability identified in the offer. Their terms state activation, duration, use count, expiry and whether effects combine with other benefits. A percentage increase must identify whether it changes a rate relatively or adds percentage points. An odds boost does not guarantee a particular outcome. These benefits may be corrected or revoked under section 15 and have no independent cash redemption.

12 Personal referrals and commercial programs

12.1 Personal referral offers identify the qualifying new user, referral code, deposit threshold, qualifying period and rewards for each participant. Each Account may have one referrer, and attribution is not reset by Account deletion or recreation. Self-referrals and referrals to Accounts you control do not qualify. Personal referral rewards cover one referral level.

12.2 Unless the personal referral offer specifies another supported qualification method, successful deposits accumulate toward its stated threshold. Welcome funnel purchase payments are excluded. The offer identifies the packs, boxes, Items or credits awarded. Items from ordinary personal referral packs use Cash sale treatment, subject to an available Sale offer and the Terms of Use. A first- deposit reward may be revoked if its qualifying payment is refunded or reversed.

12.3 If the referrer is banned or deleted, or the referral code is inactive, the referred user's otherwise eligible reward is still issued, but no corresponding reward is issued to that referrer. Fabricated referrals, collusion, duplicate identities and manipulation of attribution or qualifying payments are prohibited. Do not send unauthorized marketing or provide another person's details without the necessary authority. Where a referral recommendation is incentivized, disclose the incentive as required by law.

12.4 Affiliate commissions, commercial referral networks and paid creator work require the applicable separate agreement. That agreement governs attribution, eligible revenue, commission calculation, approval, refunds, chargebacks and payment. Consumer promotion language does not create an affiliate commission, multi-level entitlement or creator compensation right.

13 Sweepstakes and prize draws

13.1 Each sweepstakes, giveaway, prize draw or contest is governed by its published Official Rules. Those rules specify eligible territories, age, entry period, purchase-linked and free entry methods, qualifying balances, conversion, entry allocations, multipliers, referrals, prizes, odds or selection process, verification, claim deadlines and country requirements.

13.2 A promotion's Official Rules control whether Bonus Cash spending earns entries. Ordinary personal-referral rewards and any separately offered sweepstakes referral entries are distinct. No default entry count, mail-in requirement, Bonus Cash exclusion or prize remedy is created by these Promotional Terms. An entry or prize cannot be cancelled solely by importing an ordinary Bonus Cash forfeiture rule contrary to the applicable Official Rules.

14 Withdrawals shipping and payment review

14.1 A withdrawal is a Sale Proceeds Request for eligible Net Sale Proceeds from the Wallet, subject to the Terms of Use, required identity verification, an eligible supported payout method, applicable limits displayed in the Platform and lawful compliance review. Guests cannot withdraw. Platform credit and Bonus Cash cannot themselves be withdrawn. Completing play-through releases held sale proceeds as described in sections 4 and 5; it does not make Bonus Cash itself withdrawable.

14.2 We may hold a withdrawal, shipment or promotional claim for necessary review of identity, funding, fraud, sanctions, Account security, promotional misuse or payment compliance. Review may consider deposit and spending history, sponsored or administrator-issued balances and whether funding has successfully settled. A review flag is not an additional spend requirement unless that requirement was disclosed for the promotion.

14.3 The Terms of Use and displayed transaction terms govern ordinary shipping charges, payout requirements and payment methods. The Bonus Cash forfeiture and restoration rules in section 6 must be considered before requesting a withdrawal or shipment. Sweepstakes prize payments and deliveries follow their Official Rules.

15 Administration changes errors and abuse

15.1 Subject to the Terms of Use, section 15.4 and applicable law, CrownCards may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify, suspend or terminate promotions; limit availability; change rewards; correct errors; pause affected operations or claims; and limit, expire, revoke, adjust, reverse, forfeit or recover promotional benefits and related benefits. These powers include addressing ineligibility, payment failure, suspected fraud, abuse, security concerns and compliance requirements.

15.2 A qualifying payment that fails, is refunded, is reversed or is charged back may result in removal of associated Bonus Cash and unopened reward packs. We may adjust benefits attributable to that payment and pursue amounts lawfully owed. Automatic balance recovery may be limited by the available balance. These terms do not state that every opened pack is automatically reversed or that an honest payment dispute is itself fraud.

15.3 You must not use bots, scripts, unauthorized automation, multiple Accounts, false identities, manipulated payments, fabricated engagement or collusion to obtain benefits. You must not exploit errors or bypass account, device, location, verification or claim controls. We may require supporting information and use reasonable device, payment and activity checks. Known errors do not create a right to duplicate or unauthorized rewards.

15.4 To the extent permitted by law, we may withhold discretionary unearned benefits, change expiry conditions or revoke promotional credit. No course of dealing requires us to continue a promotion. Changes affecting accepted offers or earned benefits must remain consistent with the disclosed conditions and applicable law. We will give notice and obtain consent where required. A later posting does not by itself retroactively change a fixed play-through multiplier, an accepted guarantee or an advertised sweepstakes prize.

15.5 We may correct recorded balances and progress where an established error or invalid transaction affected them. Our records are evidence of participation and allocation, subject to correction of demonstrated errors and mandatory rights. We may investigate and pursue lawful remedies without creating an additional contractual appeal, refund or compensation program. Required consumer remedies remain available.

16 Taxes privacy and liability

16.1 You are responsible for taxes legally imposed on you in connection with a promotion or reward. We do not provide tax advice or guarantee tax treatment. We may request information, make withholding and report payments where required by law.

16.2 We use Account, claim, attribution, device, payment and verification information to administer promotions, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.crowncards.io/legal/privacy. Participation alone does not authorize unrelated marketing where separate consent is required.

16.3 Except for an express offer commitment and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, promotional benefits are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee future availability, Item resale prices or profit.

16.4 The exclusions and limitations of liability in Section 11 of the Terms of Use apply to these Promotional Terms and promotions, subject to section 1.2 and applicable law.

17 Governing law and contact

17.1 Wyoming law governs these Promotional Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Disputes follow the applicable dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Use, including arbitration and class-action waivers only to the extent they lawfully apply. Mandatory local consumer protections and the separate country provisions of any Official Rules take priority.

17.2 Invalid provisions are severable to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. No promotional description changes a separate agreement unless expressly stated in an authorized offer and permitted by that agreement and law.
