CrownCards Community Conduct Standards
Last updated and effective date: November 6, 2026
These Community Conduct Standards are part of the CrownCards Terms of Use at https://www.crowncards.io/legal/terms and are incorporated under Section 3.2(z) of the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
1. Where These Standards Apply
These Standards apply anywhere other people can see or receive what you post or send on CrownCards: usernames, profile images, chat, shared or live features, and messages to CrownCards staff, VIP hosts and support.
2. Conduct That Is Not Allowed
The following are not allowed:
- Content that attacks, demeans or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or another protected characteristic.
- Slurs, hateful symbols or stereotypes used to demean a group.
- Threats, calls for violence, or praise for violent attacks on people or groups.
- Harassment, targeted abuse or repeated unwanted contact, including toward staff.
- Posting someone's private information without their permission.
- Sexually explicit content.
- Pretending to be another person, CrownCards or a member of its staff.
3. Context
Quoting hateful content to report it or to criticize it is allowed, as long as you are not repeating the attack.
4. Reporting
Report through in-app support or at support@crowncards.io. Include the username, where and when it happened, and a screenshot if you have one. CrownCards may review any report and generally does not tell the reported user who made it.
5. What CrownCards May Do
CrownCards may remove content, require a new username or profile image, warn you, turn off chat for your Account, or suspend or terminate the Account under Sections 4.3 and 8.2 of the Terms of Use. Serious threats may be referred to law enforcement. Balances and Items in a restricted or terminated Account are handled under Sections 8.2 and 12 of the Terms of Use.
6. Review
You may ask support to review an action taken against you within 30 days of it. CrownCards may, but need not, change its decision.
7. Relationship to the Terms of Use
These Standards are part of the Terms of Use. If they conflict, the Terms of Use control.
