Shipping Policy
1. Shipping from Inventory
A user may ship a collectible from inventory through the CrownCards Platform. Prior to shipping any collectible, a user may be required to pass KYC Verification, must pay any applicable sales tax based on the location used for shipping, and must not have violated any term of the Terms of Use.
2. Shipping Methods and Eligibility
Shipments are currently limited to U.S. domestic addresses, and all shipments originate from Crown Cards’ custody facilities within the United States. Available shipping methods include USPS, FedEx, and UPS, with service tiers ranging from standard ground to priority/expedited options depending on item value and destination. Estimated delivery timelines and costs are displayed at the time of shipment request.
3. Processing Times
It may take up to fourteen (14) business days to process a shipment. If you do not receive a notification of shipping within fourteen (14) business days, please contact customer support through the App.
4. Shipping Costs and Tracking
In all cases, the user will be responsible for the cost of shipping and any cost of tracking the package, which may be required.
5. Insurance
A user may be provided the ability to insure any shipment. Insurance is mandatory for any shipment exceeding a value threshold set by CrownCards, which is initially $100 and which CrownCards may modify at any time in its sole discretion. The threshold in effect at the time of shipment will apply. If a user requests to ship a collectible with a value at or above the then-current threshold, the insurance option will be presented at checkout and the user will be required to purchase insurance in order to complete the shipment; the cost of such insurance is the user’s responsibility. CrownCards has no liability for any package that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, delayed, or otherwise compromised in transit, regardless of the cause. We recommend that, where available, you purchase insurance at the time of shipment.
6. Effect on Bonus Cash
Shipping a collectible from inventory constitutes a withdrawal of value from your account, and any unused Bonus Cash balance will be forfeited upon initiation of a shipment.
7. Combined Shipments
At this time, CrownCards does not offer combined inventory shipments. Each individual collectible must be shipped separately.
8. Shipping Errors
You must notify CrownCards within ten (10) days of delivery of any shipping error by messaging customer support using the in-app messaging feature. If you do not notify CrownCards within ten (10) days, you agree that you have accepted the shipment received as fully satisfying the inventory transfer.
